Serum bi-phase eye: concealer, anti-black pocket

Idea Departure: is a friend who asked me to do this serum. She asks me for a long time, and today I decided to share this recipe on my blog. Concealer, anti-bag! Vegetable oil, rice bran and Italian Helichrysum hydrosol called Immortelle course  ! Quand j'ai découvert cette recette simplissime dans la fiche technique AZ de l'HV Son de Riz, j'ai tout de suite pensé qu'elle conviendrait à cette amie.

INGREDIENTS pour 30 ml:
- 50% soit 15 ml d' Huile Végétale de Son de riz BIO (bourrée de qualités, mais ici je l'utilise surtout pour son efficacité à d rainer et décongestionner les zones œdémateuses comme les poches ou les cernes sous les yeux, au réveil)

- 50% soit 15 ml d' Hydrolat Italian Organic Helichrysum (Immortelle) (activator traffic skin, it decreases vessel dilation and reduces redness and dark circles, anti inflammatory, toning, firming and healing)

- 0.6% 6 drops of Conservative Cosgard




PROCEDURE IN PICTURES:
1 / Preparation of ingredients and disinfection plan work, hardware, bottle, and hands

2 / I pour 15g of hydrosol directly into my bottle ...

3 / Then 14g Vegetable Oil Rice bran:

4 / 6 drop and finally a Conservative Cosgard:
